The Tufts Medicine Project Manager will support#Information Systems and is responsible for coordinating and managing health system initiatives related to operational and financial performance improvement across the Tufts Medicine system. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive project goals and objectives.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Coordinates with technical resources throughout the system to design, develop and implement systems in support of department projects.

This role reports into the Tufts Medicine Integration and Operational Excellence department which

#supports an organization dedicated to continuous improvement. Objectives of this service include effective sponsorship, partnership, accountability, and delivery of consistently high levels of project success: timeliness, within budget, impact.

Overall, this department identifies, prioritizes and implements organizational transformation than enables Tufts Medicine to meet its strategic goals and continued growth. This includes providing common support tools to enterprise initiatives for project implementation and integration, results monitoring and assessment, reporting and control processes, auditing and communications. # Responsibilities Assist in the development of assessment and opportunity identification, solution recommendations, and refinement of the implementation plans with the primary goal of driving integration and enhanced system and entity performance Leads the team through the execution of the project and monitors the progress against the plan,# initiate corrective action as necessary Work to establish project management and tracking structure to establish consistent project management policies and guidelines for overall project organization Partners with leadership team to collect and analyze data in support strategic planning processes. Responsible for outreach efforts to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders Consults with leadership regarding analysis observations; provides recommendations regarding project/process improvements

Participates in assessment and opportunity identification

, work plan development, and structured implementation planning to achieve all identified integration and performance enhancement opportunities Assist in the coordination of organization-wide efforts to design solution to drive integration, performance improvement, savings initiatives, and opportunities Manage stress appropriately, prioritize work schedule and collaborate with others Experience Bachelor#s Degree 5 years of experience in project management with experience coordinating cross-functional business units and/or multidisciplinary project teams Experience in healthcare delivery environment desirable Must have demonstrated skills of project management; tools, concepts, and methodologies Strong leadership skills; effective interpersonal skills to influence and guide solutions Demonstrated understanding of work flow process and change management Certification in Agile, Scrum or other PM programs preferred Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification preferred#

The Project Manager oversees production of print and digital products. This position reports to the Manager of Project Management who is an ongoing resource for career development, goal discussions/updates, performance management and help with workload balancing. Responsibilities: * Acts as project manager of individual projects and ensures projects are delivered on time, according to desired specifications. * Keep team stakeholders informed and updated throughout the production process. * Oversee the conversion and quality assurance of content delivered in various formats, including print materials, eBooks, courseware, and rich media (depending on project scope). * Create and adhere to project budgets and schedules based on established pricing and turnaround times, working with cross-functional teams to expedite products as needed * Maintain detailed documentation about processes and specifications, including workflows, best practices, and requirements for vendor submission. * Troubleshoot independently with an understanding of when to escalate project concerns to Program Manager and when to elevate issues to manager. * Help maintain a digital asset management and distribution system, content management system, and project databases. * Manage and keep current project-related JIRA tickets for accurate product release planning. * Take an active role in process improvement while enforcing schedules, team policies, and processes within the company and with our vendors.
