• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the search process.
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our search capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in executive search or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
