This Project Manager-Learning Specialist will lead Commercial Customer Service (CCS) virtual instructor led training or self-study exercises. This position will collaborate with the Project Manager-Instructional Design to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience for CCS new hires and ongoing professional development for existing employees.
This individual will coordinate, schedule and deliver live virtual training across CCS time zones (4+ sessions/week) and/or develop activities/assignments for self-study. They will be responsible for ongoing product training for existing CCS employees and new hire cohort calls. This will require development of training materials and a dress rehearsal with the Advisory Council to collect/implement feedback.
They will coordinate with CCS managers on scheduling training delivery for procedure/process changes and collaborate with Commercial Support on modifications to the online reference, as needed. They will also monitor completion of assigned learning. This individual will serve as backup for the Project Manager-Instructional Design, so will learn the bank's authoring tools to build/modify online training courses.
The selected individual should have experience with client service/support activities and a demonstrated propensity for training. Ideally, this role will be filled with someone who has expertise with CCS products/services.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $76,075.00 - $89,500.00 - $98,450.00
