Project Manager (Landscape Architecture)

What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors As a Project Manager, you will lead the project team in delivering a successful project and delighting the client. As a trusted advisor and with your team of experts, you will develop the best solutions to exceed your client's needs.

Your Responsibilities Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals, contracts, and modifications. Manage project tasks, budgets, work plans, consultants, and schedules. Develop detailed project schedules and communicate/assign/track key deliverable dates to the project team.

Oversee & direct project production team members across multiple disciplines. Coach project staff and other project managers. Estimate construction costs, utilizing in-house resources.

Anticipate project issues before they become problems and advise the team on alternatives and recommendations for success. Effectively communicate goals, alternatives, recommendations, and outcomes related to the project team, client, and public (memos, reports, presentations, construction documents). Your Team As a trusted member of OHM Advisors' PLACE (Planning, Landscape Architecture, Community, Environment) Studio, you will join a growing, mission-driven team of innovative thinkers who collaborate daily, using our combined talents and skill sets to continuously advance the human and natural communities we serve. What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 10-15 years of experience - preferred experience with active transportation, aquatic and upland restorations, cemeteries, children's places, green infrastructure, K-12 and higher education, affordable & mixed-use developments, complete and green corridors & streetscapes, parks, and urban design Professional Registration Experience with Ohio government agencies. Possesses significant knowledge in the application of design procedures, practices, and standards in the State/region.

Proficient in project management, general operational, business, and discipline software including software in the areas of PSMJ, cost and schedule tracking tools, project management scheduling, client resource management, and enterprise resource planning. Innovative, critical thinker and problem solver, possessing excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to manage people and projects. Must be able to demonstrate strong project organizational skills to include scheduling, budget tracking and must be self-motivated.

Must be able to document and present work through hand sketching, computer drafting, and other innovative methods to team & clients in a clear and concise manner.
