Project Manager

This role is responsible for mission critical contract administration and project performance, as well as project leadership and coordination efforts with trade partners and across disciplines. The ideal candidate will have commercial Project Management experience and be an independent thinker who will be comfortable as a leader on projects and teams alike!

Requirements:

• Building relationships with strategic business partners, mission-critical trade partners, suppliers, team members, and industry stakeholders

• Engagement in civic and association efforts

• Personally owns relationships with customer projects, programs, and executive leadership. Networks within strategic industry partnerships and communities to build on company branding and visibility of project teams

• Provides exceptional customer experience relative to mission-critical construction projects including a focus on client engagement as well as clear communication on project performance and future partnerships

• Logistical oversite of deliverables

• Projects 100% accountability

• Mentorship of team members to meet internal and external goals

• Engagement in the preparation of estimating and proposal presentation

• Develops and possesses exceptional operational knowledge of the entire scope of performed work and oversees management of all work to ensure success

• Compiles lessons learned, advancements, SOPs, and innovations to internal stakeholders across multiple business units to create an efficient, uniform approach to completing the customer's work

• Incorporates safety into all project activities, and elevates the efforts of staff, promoting safe production and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical degree

• 10+ years in a construction leadership role; mission-critical or large-scale project experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead

• Strong organizational skills

• Certifications in leadership, project management, or equivalent
