Job Details The Ideal Candidate will have experience overseeing self-perform projects including excavation/backfill, structural concrete, yard piping, and mechanical/process piping. Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges proactively to ensure project success. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5 years of experience managing construction projects, including water infrastructure, underground utilities, or structural concrete. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to safety and quality, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
