Arlington, Virginia. Someone who can use their vast experience in the industry and apply it to today's challenges.

As a member of our team, you'll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil.

You'll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture) or Bachelor of Engineering

  • Demonstrated experience within Federal and/or DOD markets

  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work

  • United States Citizenship

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • Professional Registered Architect (RA) or Registration (PE)

  • Security Clearance

Job Description: This position will be a project manager advisor for a large DOD business system. Candidate will interface with key Program Office stakeholders, Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) to manage the Program schedule and scope, and provide recommendations on ways to resolve schedule conflicts and mitigate schedule risk. * Review Program IMS, metrics and key deliverables and advise PMO leadership on problem areas. * Collaborate and interface with stakeholders to review and provide comments to their respective program areas. * Facilitate weekly schedule working group meetings. * Establish and monitor program activities for milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. * Manage IMS and Risk management activities.
