If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Please note that this opportunity is open exclusively to internal applicants About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will perform project management functions with minimal supervision, reporting directly to the Commissioner. You will be responsible for leading and ensuring the timely completion and submission of various state and federal reports, managing diverse projects across the agency, and facilitating effective communication among executive staff and departments.

Key Responsibilities: Report Management:

Lead and ensure the successful and timely completion/submission of various state and federal reports, including RSA 911, RSA 7-OB, ETA 9169, RSA 15, RSA 722, Combined State Plan, Accountability Report, Strategic Plan, Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA), and Corrective Action Plans (CAP). Data Validation:

Collaborate closely with QA and IT to validate data for state and federal reports in the AWARE Case Management System. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the AWARE CMS. Project Management:

Lead and manage various projects through the full project management life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), ensuring successful completion within the desired timeframe. Projects may include program events, process improvements, and policy creation. Communication Facilitation:

Facilitate communication with executive staff and across all agency departments to ensure the successful completion of reports and projects. Agency Support: Provide support by maintaining a strong knowledge of the agency's various programs and related state and federal regulations.
