Position Summary:

The Project Manager will help formulate and carry out the company's strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for process management and will own Program level reporting. The Project Manager will also be responsible for client management relationships as well as participating and coordinating in Audits. The Project Manager will also perform mentoring and guidance to Scrum Masters and Project Managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

  • Coordinate cross-project activities

  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

  • Effectively apply risk assessment and mitigation strategies

  • Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors

  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

  • Resolve projects' higher scope issues

  • Prepare reports and status for program directors

  • Identifying solutions to help us ensure we have the tools and processes to increase developer's productivity and overall product quality.

  • Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases and be the champion for the project and team.

  • Cross group collaboration with all the feature teams and strong customer advocacy as we continually engage with customers directly to ensure we deliver an amazing solution that meets their needs.

  • Driving an effective communication strategy including reporting to executive leadership.

  • Responsible for Portfolio Management

What You will do as a Project Manager You will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines, and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.
