Essential Duties:
Successfully plan and manage multiple medium-to-large projects of significant magnitude in terms of complexity, cost, time-constraints, internal and external staffing, to completion.
Provide direction and leadership to project teams including assignment of individual responsibilities, and tasks.
Create requests for proposal, contracts, and statements of work.
Identify and manage risks and issues.
Prepare and present project deliverables including project management plans, schedules, risk management plans, status reports, budget plans, quality management plans, communication plans, work
breakdown structures, and resource breakdown structures.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to include staff augmentation and consulting services.
Manage relationships with project sponsors, team members, and stakeholders.
Research solutions, prepare and present proposals and business cases.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Prefer a major in computer science, information systems, information technology, software engineering, business, or project management.
Minimum five years experience of full time project management work, including experience leading enterprise-level commercial software implementation. Prefer 2-3 years in an Agile/Scrum Project
Manager or Scrum Master position.
One or more of the following preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

JOB SUMMARY: Manage production for Custom Milling Center by ensuring laboratory timelines and product expectations are met. Consult via phone with clients regarding difficult cases (i.e. Implant Bars, combination cases,) materials and provide direction in choosing correct material (product) based on indication of case. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate production functions in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the Company. Oversee workflow according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned cases. Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required. * Manage production team. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the production process. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees after consulting with CMC director; addressing complaints and resolving problems. SCOPE: Typically manage professional staff within a section(s) of a department, a small department or multiple smaller processes. Focus primarily on the job and not supervising day-to-day activities. Responsible for meeting the operating objectives of the department. Provide direction to staff within the latitude of established company policies. Determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Management moderately reviews work on non-routine issues and situations to measure meeting of objectives. COMPLEXITY: Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Full knowledge within sub-function derived from experience in non-management roles. STRATEGY: Implement strategy to further a section of a sub-function's larger goals through the work of professional staff. May recommend changes to policies/work practices and establish procedures that affect the sub-function. SUPERVISION: Typically manage work and goals of professional level staff performing non-routine work or who manage a process or system. INTERACTION: Interact with management and/or customers, normally involving matters between functional areas. May lead a collaborative effort among members of a project team. MANAGEMENT DUTIES: Typically can hire, terminate, or promote; another level of approval may be required. Typically makes decisions on salary increases, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc. EXPERIENCE: CDT (Certified Dental Technician) preferred. Minimum of five years in an implant department with a total of 8 years of fixed crown and bridge or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills required. Strong understanding of present and past dental materials. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to follow directions from supervisor. Ability to work well with co-workers. WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
