IRG is looking for ECM Project Manager for one of its direct state clients in Des Moines, IA location.

Skills Required
Project Management Experience with at least 10 years of IT-Specific Project Management-Required 10 Years
Experience with EIM/ECM platforms and/or projects-Required
Extensive experience with planning, managing and tracking complex, large scale IT projects-Required 10 Years
Demonstrated experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with management-Required 10 Years
In-depth experience with the development lifecycle and software development methodologies-Required 10 Years
Ability to work effectively under very broad direction with general supervision-Required 10 Years
Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal with abilities to motivate team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment-Required 10 Years
Demonstrated experience with working with business users to gather and document business requirements-Required 10 Years
Demonstrated experience with MSWord, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Team Foundation Server-Required 5 Years
Working experience with Agile Projects-Required 5 Years
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, or relevant experience
PMP or PMI certification or other Project Manager certifications.
Strong Gap analysis, written communication, customer service, analytical and problem solving abilities-Required 10 Years
Experience with migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms

The Avon production facility utilizes two milling units and three dry mix systems with over 90 SKU's to support the Baking and Convenience & Foodservice (C&F) business platforms. This facility offers a great opportunity to diversify learnings in multiple platforms, to utilize and enhance sanitation skill sets, as well as offer great opportunities for people management and plant leadership. This role reports to the plant manager and is critical to the success of the facility. The Food Safety and Quality Manager (FSQ Manager) is a working role that offers a great deal of breadth, depth and accountability in food safety, quality, sanitation and regulatory compliance with opportunities to lead platform initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Member of Avon's Senior Leadership Team. Leadership for Human Safety, Food Safety and Quality Programs * Provide organizational and personal leadership for the plant and FSQ organization to deliver against its core mission and key measurables. * Motivate and empower quality staff. Lead development and performance management process of quality engineer, quality technicians and wage Sanitation Coordinator. * Provide leadership in making quality and regulatory decisions that balance business and quality factors while ensuring consumer safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide timely and appropriate risk assessment. * Be the key regulatory contact for the plant with State and Federal regulators. Maintain positive and constructive relationship while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and General Mills policies. * Provide leadership and have accountability for sanitary performance of plant as measured by internal (FSRA & RMP) and external (AIB, FSSC, Corporate, Regulatory) audits. * Deliver on all core tactical accountabilities of a FSQ Manager: maintain balanced budget, manage lab, address personnel issues, ensure a safe and positive work environment, and manage FSQ, Sanitation and Pest Control contractors. * Provide leadership in food safety with management of FSRA, HACCP, FSMA, FSSC, and prerequisite programs. * Provide leadership of the Quality Pillar and support other functions with the advancement of the Zero Loss Culture journey. * Leadership and management of key sanitation, allergen and integrated pest control programs. * Provide leadership and technical support in the areas of Quality Management with an emphasis on customer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity improvement. * Initiate product and process improvements through the use of CI tools and Root Cause Analysis. * Recommend actions for improvement and assure resolution. * Conduct sanitation and product safety inspections, including HACCP. * Manage issues with non-conforming product to assure proper control, minimize losses and provide analysis to eliminate future occurrences. * Ensure facility maintains robust training and education in all areas of Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality. * Provide technical expertise to resolve problem areas. * Communicate at all levels of the organization * Strong business Partner for Avon Operations; Lead beyond core function * Provide Customer/Sales Interface support. * Bachelors degree * 3+ years experience required; 5+ years highly preferred * Ability to work with a variety of styles and job levels.
