Job Summary

Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute development project or project components from design phase through implementation. Interprets market requirements and converts to engineering and program deliverables. Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met.

Job Description

  • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new Out Side Plant Fiber builds, or upgrading existing fiber projects.

  • Manage the development and implementation process of a company's products and services

  • Plan and manage company resources to execute development project or project components from design phase through implementation.

  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and teams.

  • Reporting and metrics from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as support data marts/databases.

  • Identify and communicate project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met

  • Organizes cross -functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

  • Drive for Building Add results with Planning / Field and all groups associated with adding buildings to the Network.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Experience: 2 plus years technical project management experience OR

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Field of Study: Engineering, Production or other relative field

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects

  • Efficient time management skills

  • Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action.

General Summary The Nondestructive Testing technician will independently perform inspections utilizing various NDT techniques seeking corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions in accordance with specific written criteria. The Technician will perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements. The Technician will be able to communicate processes, procedures and results to customers. Essential Job Functions * Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern * Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values and Seven Critical Choices. * Assists the Sr. Technician and instructs the apprentice level personnel on the job. * Studies to gain NDT certifications while assisting to gain hands-on experience in various NDT methods. * Performs any duties assigned by the SR Technician on the job. * Performs supervisory activities over apprentice level personnel on the job as needed. * Maintains NDT certification. * Performs NDT inspections for which certified. * Interprets and reports results of inspections, and maintains documentation of inspection activities.
