Job Description:

• Represents the Division and University to internal and external constituencies.

• Manages assigned projects including monitoring compliance of various internal and external programs policies related to grants, contracts, 340B program and special events.

• Assist with special project budgets (expenses, financial report, budget review.

• Oversees special executive-level projects and independently executes special strategic projects, research and assignments. Participates in 340B-wide projects related to the Division.

• Coordinates logistic for internal and external meetings and speaking engagements on behalf of the Division Chief.

• Draft and initiates correspondence, announcements, research, materials, and briefings for speaking engagements, meetings, events and trips.

• Attends and participates in internal and external meetings with the Division Chief as needed. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

• Provides executive-level "problem solving" support for Division Chief. Assesses the urgency and importance of situations and takes the appropriate action to determine the necessary outcome on behalf of the Division.

• Collaborates with and provides assistance to the Leadership Team on an as needed basis. Supports the Leadership Team members based on measurable outcomes. Leads project meetings and drives project issues through to resolution.

Expected Salary:

$60,000 to $80,000 annually depending on education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area, or a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate progressively responsible experience in planning and development, community resources related to fundraising, and healthcare governmental rules and regulations.
