Duration: 5 Months
Lead the Prospect Optimization initiatives and drive projects to completion. The Prospect Optimization team is focused on cleaning and enriching prospects in Salesforce Org62.
Define, plan, and execute the teams cross functional projects with a strong focus on project management, data analysis, strategy development, implementation and success.
Create business cases, and develop communications to partners and senior executives
Manage team priorities, meeting with sales leaders, checkpoints
Build slide decks for updates, socialization
Work through process problems and enhance processes
Work with Sales Leaders and Sales Teams to initiate account clean-up processes and account augmentation programs.
Build capabilities in operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and results
Roll will be supported by an analyst and 2 account clean specialists (based in the Philippines)
Required skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in an analytical field such as STEM, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience in strategic project planning and implementation including business requirement generation and process analysis
2+ years of professional experience managing cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and scale
Effective analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex issues in simple ways
Solid project management skills
Proficient in Excel
Interest in data and data analysis
SQL proficiency preferred
