The Project Manager II partners with the project owner and stakeholders to define scope, plan, execute and manage project plans in alignment with budget and project timelines. The Project Manager II works to proactively manage effective stakeholder relationships.

Job Duties
Partner with project owner and stakeholders to prepare, define and plan the project scope of work, resources, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
Execute project timelines and plans that are consistent with organization methodology and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Manage and/or report on project budget and schedule project timelines
Monitor and control project deliverables using standardized project management tools, processes and reporting deliverables; escalate critical issues to minimize risk
Prepare and present project status to various forums as appropriate representing all teams
Coordinate appropriate change management activities (including training and communications)
Coordinate appropriate testing activities (including user acceptance testing)
Complete retrospectives and project close activities for all assigned projects
Partner with project teams to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects for a mid to large size organization (1000+ employees), preferably in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and tools
Highly organized with proven expertise managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative spirit
Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally to a wide variety of audiences
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
Proven effective meeting practices and facilitation skills
Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with project management software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
Certification/License: PMP certification preferred
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 |Rocklin, CA 95765 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $93k - $100k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA 95765: $102k - $110k annually + annual bonus
