Education equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in environmental science or related field, or the equivalent in work related experience. MBA preferred.
Five or more years of waste management, sustainability and recycling experience in Client Management.
Three or more years of project management experience.

Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, gain a thorough understanding of the project assigned, and ensure that the project is completed on time and per specification, in a fast paced environment.

Demonstrates expertise with RCRA and DOT regulations / interpretations; 40 hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
Demonstrated strong aptitude / experience with computer systems.
Under limited management, responsible for the researching, evaluating and development of alternative innovative solutions (recycling, reuse, waste minimization, etc) for Client by-products across Environmental and Expert Solutions lines of business. In conjunction with Manager, Sustainability team, Commercial and Operations may also implement said innovative solutions across facility operations and existing/future client base, as applicable. Responsible for the development of strategic relationships with vendors to execute recycling, reuse and waste minimization opportunities.
Develop, research and build Innovative alternative solutions for Client by-products, teaming with Sustainability, Commercial and Operations to deliver viable sustainable solutions. a)Research all needed components for program build including: Researches and initiates dialogue with experts within the recycling/reuse industry to develop re-cycling/ reuse/ waste minimizations solutions for Client waste streams b)Develop cost model based on client components, operational and partner requirements and deliverables. c)Build customized proposals for clients, based on alternative solutions. d)When applicable, lead implementation of program.
May participate in Customer Facing meetings and Commercial activities as they relate to Innovative Solutions for potential/current Clients: a)Travel to Client Meetings/locations for site walks/bid walks, data gathering b)Participate in Client business reviews as needed c)Work with Commercial and Operations to complete RFPs and strategy to win business
Identify strategic Vendors and Develop strategic vendor relationships and outlets for re-cycling, reuse solutions a)May attend and participate in relevant Trade Shows b)Identify solutions needed and potential outlets for these solutions c)Works to develop strategy, logistics, data capture, reporting and pricing for outlets d)Maintain database of vendor Outlets for internal Stericycle use including: i.Map recycling, reuse outlets and solutions to Stericycle facility geography ii. Insure that database is maintained as new outlets are identified
Track, Monitor, Document status of Projects by phase, detail and outcome.
Performs other related duties as identified or requested.
