EIS Financial Crimes & Compliance Technology
Acts as the Demand Management Lead/PM for FCCT. Would be responsible for acting as the single point of contact for all inbound and outbound demand for the FCCT space. This role is critical to help align BAU delivery and technology Road-Map definition for the bank's Financial Crimes and Compliance Technology Unit. This role acts as the bridge between technology, operations and business units.

Plus/nice to have skills:
Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Banking or financial services experience. Project Management certification. Agile or Six Sigma experience. AML, FRAUD domain experience. Experience in Actimize.
Prior Experience / Skills Needed:
Minimum 5 years of Project Management Experience.
Strong experience in Banking domain.
Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
Would be responsible for all FCCT Demand Requests (Inbound). Would manage Demand Backlog and Facilitate Prioritization discussions with stakeholders. Would be responsible for acting as the single point of contact for all inbound and outbound demand for the FCCT space. Would manage tracking the status of ongoing inflight demand items. Would maintain the FCCT Demand Dashboard and monitor ageing of WF's in the backlog. Work with multiple business stakeholders to define and prioritize demand items. Facilitate stakeholder workshops for defining business ask for demand requests. Facilitate release scope and prioritizations discussions. Participate in cross workstream funding request meetings.
