Coordinates Work with external engineers, construction managers and other service providers to coordinate activates
Develops close working relationships with internal partners including Quality assurance and faculties
Tracks and controls technical documentation following established procedures.
Develops basic understanding of the technical processes used in projects
Works on risk assessments and traceability matrices
Writes meeting minutes and assures that they are distributed
Assist with the reviewing of documents to ensure compliance with expectations
Participates in team meetings; Runs dally 'scrum' meetings
Works with project manager to address key issues
Works with corporate business systems
Communicates project decisions and milestones
Set up and maintain project specific computerized document control system using tools such as Sharepoint sites and MS office suite
Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
BA/BS to fit above requirements
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry preferred
