Exchange Support Expected Technical & amp Functional Skills

Responsible for leading and managing the messaging support team and overseeing all messaging services.

Designing and deploying enterprise-wide, complex cloud messaging infrastructure solutions, Includes Exchange server 2010 & 2013, O365, Skype for Business SFB, Enterprise Voice

Microsoft Certified professional or equivalent certification required in Exchange/0365 & Skype for Business Technologies

Hands-on Implementation, analyze, architect, design and deliver solutions on all Exchange, O365, Skype for Business & Enterprise voice, Intune platform components. This will involve prototyping, creating solutions, blueprints, road-mapping, technical delivery and coordination with multiple stakeholders and peer technical groups through detailed documentation & presentations.

Messaging Admin with knowledge in Advanced Administration of Exchange Server 2010 and Lync 2013 with good understanding of Mail-flow/SMTP,

Monitoring, Reporting, Integration with different technologies and Exchange Server Migration activities Working Knowledge of Exchange server, Software, service pack installation,

troubleshoot various server related issues; troubleshoot NDRs, tracking emails etc. Day to day operation of Lync/Exchange environments, which includes change, release, performance and availability management.

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex enterprise level issues and

Outages Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting to run and understand scripts to modify and add for message tracking and other administrative functions

Proven knowledge on O365, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange and Active Directory

Administering cloud-based messaging Troubleshooting Mobile interactions with Messaging Preferred Good

Messaging server Sound knowledge of Email client like Microsoft Outlook and OWA Backup/Recovery Working knowledge on Setup and Configuration of native & 3rd party backup management tools

Experience with Service Now ticketing system. Identify improvements, create business cases, conduct strategic planning exercises with senior stakeholders to develop roadmap and objectives, review

current, and proposed architecture to arrive at an agreed end state solution.

Resolve problems/escalations.

Approve and deliver root cause for incidents and oversee corrective action.

Engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation

Provides support, architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency, for multiple messaging and collaboration technologies Designs improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc. Oversee system upgrades of the on premise servers Manage and monitor the Exchange, SFB, EV & O365 environments

Develop solutions to complex end user Issues Partner with IT Security and Technical Architecture groups to certify new Messaging solutions

Design and architect new features and functions Deliver and enhance point to point voice and video Implement new processes as process gaps are defined and service matures Participate in operational reviews and other service meetings as required Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards

VIEW JOBS 9/21/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-20T00:00 <p>Responsibilities</p><p>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p><p>The Assistant Project Manager role supports capital construction projects in various phases including evaluation, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, move-in and licensing. The Assistant Project Manager works to ensure that Acadia Healthcare's goals and objectives are accomplished within schedule and budget parameters. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Acadia operations, finance, clinical, IT, local facilities, and other departments ensuring the capital project delivery process is professionally managed.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li><p>Assist with the evaluation of capital projects for approval, including programming, due diligence, conceptual design, schedule, and budgeting.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the process for selection of external business partners for design and construction services. Ensure selections are being made in a transparent, competitive, and fair environment.</p></li><li><p>Assist with land development efforts such as zoning, land use approval, and related efforts.</p></li><li><p>Lead the design phase of the project, inclusive of preconstruction services with a construction manager.</p></li><li><p>Support the permitting and approval process through relevant local, state, and federal authorities.</p></li><li><p>Perform detailed review of contractor pricing, negotiate business terms favorable to Acadia, and prepare construction contracts.</p></li><li><p>Help prepare monthly detailed project reporting and forecasting related to program, budget, schedule, and variances.</p></li><li><p>Contract administration for all vendors including adherence to business terms, detailed review of pay applications/ invoices, work collaboratively and timely for resolution of unforeseen items and project changes.</p></li><li><p>Help identify project risks and prepare mitigation strategies and alternative options.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with FF&amp;E and IT managers for a complete project delivery to prepare the space to serve patients.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate move-in and staff training for physical plant aspects.</p></li><li><p>Assist facility leadership during the licensing process as related to physical plant aspects.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with operational and finance leadership at the local, divisional and group levels during the project through consistent and accurate communications regarding project status.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the project team is working with Acadia's most current design standards.</p></li><li><p>Promote accountability with all project team members.</p></li><li><p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>STANDARD EXPECTATIONS:</p><ul><li><p>Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Communicate clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests, and other members of the health care team.</p></li><li><p>Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.</p></li><li><p>Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify and focus on priorities while managing multiple projects.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.</p></li><li><p>Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.</p></li></ul><p>EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred, and three (3)+ years of experience in a project management role as owner's representative or construction manager.
