Project Manager

Job Description (Posting).

To work with Product Operations, Software Development and Quality Engineering teams to resolve any business or technical impediments affecting project delivery. To help teams develop / drive a plan with well-defined milestones and increase efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating redundancy and tailoring SDLC processes to fit their needs.

To interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and other internal groups to coordinate project activities. To realize maximum customer benefit through planning, estimating, managing and delivering one or more projects within a program while mitigating risks. To work closely with the channel and product partners selected to this project.The Scrum Master actively works to optimize the team s performance. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating the meetings, and working with the Product owner to make sure the Product Backlog is groomed sufficiently and ready for the next Sprint.
