Green Street Advisors seeks highly motivated candidates with relevant work experience and superior academic credentials to join its Product Management team. Specifically, Green Street offers a unique opportunity to candidates with a strong background in project management to coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams and ensure timely releases in support of an expanding roadmap of new product initiatives and internal projects.

Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following key job functions:

  • Creates and maintains project plans for all new product and internal initiatives
  • Schedules and manages regular initiative update meetings with all initiative stakeholders
  • Maintains summary project plan of all ongoing initiatives. Ensures all development projects are tracked on project plan.
  • Regular reporting of project milestones and delays to senior management & key stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization/allocation of Development, Research, Quant, and Marketing resources and, ultimately, timely product launches (bi-weekly minimum)
  • Product underwriting contributor: resource allocation and initiative project timelines

General Measurement Metrics

In addition to executing on the various Project Management responsibilities above, the Project Manager will also be evaluated on the following:

  • Accuracy of project timelines. On-time initiative releases are a primary emphasis here, but the ability to quickly identify and communicate conflicts and other roadblocks that will impact delivery dates is also critical.
  • Completeness of project timelines. Ensures all projects are included in project plan minimizing any rogue projects that have unseen impacts on other initiative timelines.
  • Low impact on development workflow. Coordinating and tracking resources is a growing need, but deployment of formal project management resources cant impact Green Streets unique product development culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years project management experience ideally in a related field such as Research, Information Services, Real Estate, or Construction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-visibility project simultaneously
  • Previous success collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups within a company at all levels including senior management
  • PMP certification a major plus
  • Experience working with project management workflow tools
  • Outstanding attention to detail

As a part of the team, you will manage cross-functional internal and external project teams in support of successful launch of pilot projects such as IHMI's self-measured blood pressure software solution (SMBP app). Plan and manage all project related activities in support of SMBP app pilot projects with external healthcare provider and technology vendor partners. Responsibilities: Plan projects supporting IHMI's annual and long-term goals and stakeholders' business requirements * Define project objectives that align with relevant external deadlines and IHMI business objectives * With IHMI and cross-business unit teams, conceptualize new projects and explore opportunities for new projects to achieve business objectives * Ensure IHMI and pilot partner requirements are clearly defined, and approvals have been provided by IHMI and pilot partners * Develop project plans and roadmaps that support stakeholder requirements and ensure SMBP pilot timelines are met Ensure pilots achieve app launch objectives and implementation projects support client success * In collaboration with IHMI Engagement team, manage SMBP app pre-sales, marketing, and digital channel sales activities, including SMBP app demos between IHMI and pilot partners * With the help of other IHMI and AMA legal staff, manage all contract related activities needed to start and execute successful pilots * Manage work of internal and external project personnel adhering to standards of scope, budget, and timeline * Maintain regular communication with pilot partners and project teams to determine and manage pilot partner satisfaction and to proactively intervene as needed to mitigate risks, delays, and scope changes and ensure successful pilot execution * Monitor project progress and ensure effective use of the time and resources of IHMI and our partners, improving productivity and efficiency; track and report out on progress toward objectives May include other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required, master's degree or certification in a relevant health care or technology-related field preferred; PMI Certification preferred * 7+ years' experience managing complex commercial software product development projects; experience managing the launch of a new software product strongly desired * Demonstrated persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to connect with external parties and successfully represent the AMA, including business, clinical, and technical experts and stakeholders * Demonstrated ability to convert a business goal into actionable project steps anticipating stakeholder needs * Works well in a dynamic team environment; leads teams to adapt as issues arise or priorities change * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and adhere to project goals and timelines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Up to 10% travel required Our office is a business casual environment and we respect work-life balance.
