What you will do:

Responsible for the successful lifecycle of integrated physical security projects by filling contractual requirements with Federal Government agencies and Johnson Controls Government Technologies. This position works closely with the Federal Systems Division Team, Johnson Controls Security Solutions Branch offices, Johnson Controls Security Solutions Business Operations, clients, and subcontractors to ensure completion of project while maintaining project profitability.

How you will do it:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of task orders projects and their deliverables, using Microsoft Project as their primary tool

  • Oversee all daily activities, communications, reports, processes, and all other elements of a successful project

  • Communicate and coordinate with all government stakeholders, ensuring projects are schedule and completed in accordance with customer requirements

  • Manage all internal JCI stakeholders; including Survey Teams, Field Installation and Service Teams, Procurement, Sub Contractors, required to complete individual projects

  • Responsible for bringing all projects within program to completion on-time and on-budget

  • Ensure all program contractual deliverables that are due to the government are provided completely and on-time

What we look for:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in a related field; i.e., as Electrical Engineering, Security Management, Building Construction, and or Mechanical Engineer

  • PMP Certification

  • CSPM, PSP, CPP certification preferred

  • Three (3) to five (5) years project management experience in the Physical Security field

  • Three (3) to five (5) years construction, electrical, electronic security, or systems integration experience

  • Demonstrated problem solving and ability to independently carry out responsibilities under general supervision

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Johnson Controls Security Solutions and customer organization

This includes accessing information from within Be The Match systems, locating, contacting and educating donors, assessing interest and health conditions, updating donor demographics, and completing/managing all other related record updates and documentation accordingly. Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Human Services, or a related field is required. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement. Additional educational experience in public health, social work, psychology, or health promotion is preferred. * Three plus years of professional experience in demonstrating ability to communicate effectively with individuals or coaching individuals on behavior change. Three years customer relations, direct patient interaction or care in a clinical/healthcare setting may be substituted for behavioral coaching experience. Experience with basic word processing and data entry required. Additional Job Specifications: * Bilingual: fluent native speaker of the specified secondary language or BA/AA degree in the required language – demonstration of fluency beyond "conversational", ability to convey complex medical information, advanced communication (oral and written) skills, understanding of secondary language grammar. * 1 year translating experience, preferably in a medical setting. * Knowledge of various secondary language cultures required. * Yearly attendance at interpreter/translator seminar or other language proficiency seminar (i.e. medical terminology, etc.).
