An Enterprise Governance and Process Manager provides services which focus on the analysis, design, implementation, change management and performance monitoring required to drive competitive advantage and improved business performance through appropriate, right sized capabilities, processes, policies and technologies. This person is responsible for developing and implementing best practices, working to attain organization goals, allocating budgets and resources, supporting management with decision-making, and maintaining documentation.
Enterprise Governance and Process capabilities:
Strengthen IT Strategic Planning and Investment Planning Processes
Drive shareholder value through improved operations and execution
Run IT as a Business to generate a true Return on Investment
Deliver Business Services and IT Capabilities at "Cloud Speed"
Understand the Business Process Improvement Method
Support adoption of emerging technology by adding new Governance domains and disciplines, e.g. Mobile, App Store, SOA, Data Governance, Cloud computing
Integration, consolidation and elimination of IT Governance silos and establish an integrated Enterprise Governance Framework
Right-size and rationalize policies, procedures and processes to enable Agile, Event-Driven and Effective Enterprise Governance
Drive superior IT Performance, Efficiencies and Cost Savings through improved Enterprise Governance
Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and business support teams to develop integrated change management activities for all target audience
Utilize project management tools to document, prioritize, and communicate activities and deliverable
Develop and implement program and release level processes, methodology and tools to compliment project level deliverables, create efficiencies and maximize effectiveness
Perform project implementation activities according to the plan, keeping all project stakeholders fully informed of responsibilities, status, and issues

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; Master's degree preferred
Business knowledge of the financial services/banking industries
8+ years business experience
5+ years change management experience
5+ years project/product management experience
Prior experience implementing large-scale business systems and processes across functional and departmental lines
Prior experience developing integrated change management strategies for organizational change initiatives is preferred
Ability to identify and asses opportunities to improve the integration of existing systems with business processes; consult with users on leveraging system features, and prioritize project and release level activity
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required
