Role Purpose
The Project Manager is an individual contributor role that performs a wide range of responsibilities that materially advance the strategic objectives of Global Operations and OSF through strengthening and streamlining operations. The role requires specialized knowledge of project management techniques and approaches as they can best be applied in the context of Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Operations, the Project Manager's, key responsibilities are as follows:
Support the goals of Global Operations by providing project management expertise on projects assigned by the Associate Director
Responsible for full lifecycle of project management for projects assigned including, scoping, project plan, deliverable timelines, monitoring, closure and other PMO activities
Ensure project scopes stay within agreed mandate and timeline, if changes are needed, elevate to the Associate Director
Manage assigned tasks to project members, ensuring the tasks are completed on time
Collect data, research and gather information for specific projects; identify possible impacts of the project
Communicate progress on projects including changes in deliverable timeline, issues and challenges that have been identified, dependencies with other streams of work
Generates and prepares a variety of materials in advance of routine and special engagements, preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports as needed
Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the project team, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment
Assists with events management, workshops, and other logistical aspects, under limited supervision
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the effectiveness of project management processes and gather lessons learned for future projects.
Develops and conducts research on a variety of topics within a defined area and makes informed recommendation to project team and the Associate Director
Perform other tasks and take on other responsibilities, as required by the Associate Director, Global Operations
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide regular reports to senior and associate directors on project progress
Ensure that project knowledge is captured and transferred to relevant team members or stakeholders to facilitate ongoing operations and future projects. Proven record of resourcefulness and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively

Functional Competencies:
Effective management of multiple projects in a fast-paced team across a global network
Comprehensive knowledge of project management and Project Management software such as Asana, Jira or Trello
Good Computer skills to enable the use of standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives
The ability and skill to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations
Exercises specialized knowledge and provides technical guidance when required on delivering required services to the required standards
Effective Vendor Management
Ability and skill to demonstrate a change mindset as well as plan, execute and monitor activities during times of change whilst keeping performance levels up

Languages:
The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300 - $133,500 (USD). The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience
