  • Leads development of comprehensive and detailed project plans including methodology, resource requirements, timelines, priorities and budget impact.

  • Acquires and manages fiscal resources for each major development initiative.

  • Directs and performs budget planning and execution to support each step in development.

  • Establishes evaluation criteria, and measurements to assess projects on an ongoing basis.

  • Exercises full responsibility for the administration and management of the entire project including the direction and control of project planning programming budgeting site selection and acquisition appraisal design and construction contract evaluation technical contract administration etc.

  • Identifies, manages, integrates and/or adapts resources to achieve project goals while effectively managing scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects.

Travel Required
50% or less - 25% to 50% of travel is expected.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $74,228.00 in Austin, TX per year.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $78,482.00 in Dallas, TX per year.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $78,482.00 in Fort Worth, TX per year.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $83,787.00 in Houston, TX per year.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $73,375.00 per year for the following locations:

El Paso, TX, McAllen, TX, San Antonio, TX, Little Rock, AR, Oklahoma City, OK, or New Orleans, LA

To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level of Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that demonstrates the ability to perform project management on construction and/or repair and alteration projects, knowledge of resource allocation models required to develop cost and personnel budgets; knowledge of procurement practices and techniques; ability to accomplish work through others and to maintain cooperative work relationships; skill in negotiation techniques to conduct contract negotiations and knowledge of contract administration.

The Business Operations team creates and manages the tools that enable execution of the PerfectVision strategy and support our customers. We provide operational support, system and process enhancements, and reporting tools and data analysis. As a Business Operations Analyst you work on a team that includes both operation analysts and data analysts. You assume an analyst/project management role and lead a number of key initiatives for the organization. This includes collaborating across departmental teams as a subject matter expert of our core systems (i.e. websites, ERP system, System enhancement projects include involvement in the full software development life cycle: discovery, design, working with the MIS development team when defect testing, user training, implementation and communications. The most important qualities needed for this position are excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and enjoying new challenges and tasks frequently coming your way. As the Business Operations team, we pride ourselves on quickly jumping in to enable the operational and systematic capability to support each new venture for our business.
