Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution that meet the needs of the business.

• Work and engage closely with Procurement to identify best  sourcing options and procurement strategies.

• Project Estimate, Budget & Cost Management

• Scheduling & Risk Management

• Health and Safety for Construction Projects

• Ensure that procurement, contractors, permits, budgets and cost follow up are in place for the projects.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Qualifications3-5 years experience with construction management on site3-5 years flat roofing experience
