Responsible for continuous management and development of key, repeat clients.
Maintain good working relationships with the client to promote future opportunities.
Responsible for overall project quality and execution including program, planning and design. Articulate and communicate the client's vision, goals, and objectives.
Responsible to the client and the firm for the successful execution and leadership of projects including the meeting of project goals, client service, quality of work performed, utilization of staff, marketing reputation of the firm, and profitability.
Lead client presentations and project meetings.
Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, meeting design intent and client vision/goals, and at the required level of quality.
Develop successful, collaborative working relationships with all team members to ensure integrated projects are produced.
Mentor and develop less experienced team members on all aspects of client/project management.
Assist with developing strategies for approaching clients and cultivate business development opportunities by presenting Flad's services to potential clients.
Assist in developing new project targets and expanding the Flad project portfolio in the clinical care and academic health sciences markets.
Assist in strategic preparation and participate in client proposals and interviews.
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required; Master's degree in architecture or healthcare administration preferred.
Minimum of ten years architectural experience with five or more years of recent project management experience with health facilities required. Previous leadership experience preferred.
Proven record of client management with the ability to maintain on-going client relations, and handle multiple projects simultaneously required.
Professional registration preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
