Responsibilities:
1.Plan project scope by defining and sequencing project activities, estimating the duration of activities and the resources required, developing project schedules and organizing and coordinating project team members.2.Schedule and conduct team meetings while serving as team facilitator/leader. Control project activities while ensuring deadlines are met. Lead, manage and supervise Project Managers, as necessary, to achieve departmental and project goals. Assist them in planning project scopes, defining and sequencing project activities, estimating duration of activities and resources, developing project schedules, and organizing and coordinating project team members. 2. Schedule and conduct meetings with direct reports while serving as facilitator, mentor, and leader to the team. 3. Manage the resources allocation sheet so we know current and forecasted percentage of resources used. 4. Serve as project manage on projects as required. 5. Manage an assist in the development of feasibility studies and business plans in support of Line of Business, Support, and Senior/Executive initiatives. 6. Participate in the execution and implementation of corporate initiatives and change events to help ensure both divisional and corporate goals and objectives are achieved. 7. Act as liaison between corporate staff and the line of business by aiding in the preparation of project request forms (PRF), feasibility studies, and the project timelines. 8. Manage and maintain the FMB Project Management portion of the intranet. 9. Support and enable the adoption of the Balanced Scorecard framework with departmental resources. 10. Continually enhance the FMB Project Management Methodology and implement corporate wide.
