Qualifications:

Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience OR BA/BS Degree in Agriculture, natural
resources, agronomy or related field of study.

Experience with review, analysis and development of FS Facilities Master
Plan.
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
Duties:

Support the forest in updating the forest wide Facilities Master Plan.

Core Facilities Master Plan Team (3 person): analysis and report
writing. 33%
Core Facilities Master Plan Team (3 person): site visit. 25%
Core Facilities Master Plan Team (3 person): Report revision and final
production. 22%
Core Facilities Master Plan Team (3 person): Presentation prep and
delivery. 20%

Other:
Mandatory training annually for information security awareness/others will
be provided to candidate when required.
Optional training such as COR 1, use of government devices/applications will
be provided as needed.
Travel Requirements: Minor travel for site visit and meetings.
Overnight travel: Overnight travel for the project expected between duty
location and project site.
Rental cars: Once or twice during project, up to 5 days each trip.
Health and Safety Considerations: Minimal hazards expected for F A&O
facilities inspection and analysis. May be required to wear PPE such as hard
hat, safety glasses, and safety boots.
Required Safety Gear: hard hat, safety glasses, and safety boots.
Safety Gear Use: Inspections in warehouse or fire facilities may be exposed
to heavy objects in the storage or low openings requiring hard hat and safety
boots.
Physical requirements: Ability to tour or walk through MBS-owned facilities.
May need to do some light lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to
enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this
position.
Remote work arrangements are available for this position.
