  • Are responsible for leading and conducting the project from its beginning to its end
  • Take over the work of pre-sales teams and make technical and organizational adjustment to meet customers needs
  • Define the planning of the project and are responsible of keeping the costs and expense within the budget frame
  • Lead all the teams involved in the projects
  • Work closely with the field project engineers to ensure that the technical milestones are respected
  • Work under the direct supervision of the managing director of the local business unit
  • You are the preferred contact of the client during all the project phases


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering required
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical/logistics project management
  • Have successful records of managing complex projects
  • Have enough credibility to defend your choices and actions during the project
  • Can handle the pressure coming along with multi-million euro projects
  • Strong leadership and high autonomy level
  • Great communication skills (verbal and nonverbal)
  • Capacity to talk to senior and high-level interlocutors (from a project manager to a CEO)
  • Mastery of several project planning tools and software
  • Broad knowledge on logistics issues
  • Good general knowledge on mechanical and electrical engineering

When we draw on the wisdom of a diverse workforce we are better able to understand and meet the needs of America's youth and our Clubs.</p><p>LOCATION: This position is office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 2 days remote / 3 days office)</p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Engineering, the Project Manager the primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects. <br><br> The Project Manager must do this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints. These factors may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.• Establish a work plan and resourcing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.• Implement a project communication plan.• Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.• Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and &quot;look and feel&quot; across the organization.• Ensure that project goals are in line with business objectives.• Ensure that project goals are achieved.• Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.• Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modified schedules or plans as required.• Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.• Benchmark project management performance continuously to identify the potential for improvements and increase capability in project and portfolio management.</p><p>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Participate on cross-functional project teams, as required • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Product Engineering • Demonstrate BGCA mission driven values of integrity, excellence and inclusion and integrate into work environment and ways of work • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures as described in BGCA's Employee Handbook, Ethics Policy and elsewhere • Plans, Organizes, and Manages Time Effectively • Creates an Approachable Environment • Demonstrates Intelligence and Perspective • Deals Well with Ambiguity • Ambitious, proactive</p><p>SUPERVISION EXERCISED • No direct Reports.
