Responsibilities and Expectations

• General oversight of small, medium, and large-scale projects and initiatives

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Follow the documented project management methodology

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational and technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the Project Owner, Executive Sponsor, and key stakeholder

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term deliverables

• Develop relationships with multiple departments

• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required Skills & Education

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience managing/directing projects and/or teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Physical Requirements
