Epsilon is looking for a Project Manager to manage/execute General Motors b2c marketing projects per the direction of the Client and the Internal Sales Team. The ideal candidate will need to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and be responsible for managing all data integration points between Epsilon and GM. They must be able to understand and articulate business requirements as conveyed by internal or external Clients and have the ability to turn written and verbal instructions into comprehensive Business Requirements. They must be able to work on multiple large programs simultaneously, manage change, and think critically to complete projects.
Act as a liaison between GM business, vendor partners, internal clients and data engineers to help define marketing campaigns
Understand and document desired campaign reporting requirements, determine and execute test strategies and coordinate reporting.
Work through program priorities, resource allocations and escalations as necessary
Manage day to day file transfers and File QC's
Escalate issues and determine resolution
Work through research requests within our action database
Manage updates to existing data feeds as business changes
Work with our internal teams to determine scope of new programs, requirements and prioritization of enhancements
Perform in a multi-task, fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adjust to change
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of related project management experience.
Direct mail marketing experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Ability to comprehend written and/or instructions and document clear business requirements.
Experience with requirement management and/or project/program management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to interact with staff/colleagues of varying levels.
Strong knowledge of technical, business, and marketing impact to business activities.
The ability to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones is required.
Be able to identify and resolve issues.
The ability to complete successful projects that are on schedule and receive high satisfaction results is a must.
Can function in, and successfully manage, a demanding environment.
Able to negotiate and manage conflict, and manage customer concerns that cause skepticism or uncertainty for the customer.
