The Project Manager will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with various project elements including documentation, meeting planning, and project implementation. The Project Manager position involves managing low, moderate, and high complexity projects from request through the archive phase.
The role will require interaction with executive and senior management, as well as with departments enterprise wide. The Project Manager will demonstrate proficiency in all ten PMBOK knowledge areas. Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skills are required for this position.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects according to the WesBanco Project Management policy. This role requires extreme discretion and confidentiality while showing a high degree of professionalism.
The Project Manager is expected retain a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification or higher. A PMI certification is preferred, however other project management certifications may be acceptable.

Assist with the project charter process
Create project plans
Lead project meetings
Assemble and lead project teams
Track project status through Microsoft Project
Create and maintain project reports
Communication with project team members and stakeholders
Resolve project issues (Level 1)
Complete post project analysis
Manage low, moderate, and high complexity projects, and
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products which includes Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to learn MSProject, Visio and web-based software applications.
