Job Description: The Enterprise Deployment Office Program manager is responsible for leading cross divisional, high priority strategic projects created by the CSC (Corporate Steering Committee). This roll will work across various business units/function to stand up the cross organizational teams/capabilities to support those projects as well and engage with key stakeholders.

This position will be accountable for driving the successful completion (timing, financial impact, etc.) for the various projects. This individual will be responsible for standing up a governance process and creating common standards for execution. This position will be required to actively program manage some projects and facilitate the project management of other projects (dependent upon the size, scope and breath of each project). Essential

Job Responsibilities:

Stand up a governance process to include creation of common templates, Executive updates, cadence of meetings and project schedules. Collaborate with Business Units/Functions to create cross organizational teams to support various projects Ensure alignment with Bose corporate executives across the lifecycle of any given project Ensure Bose executives understand the strategic importance of each project and the role they and their organizations play and assist them in providing sponsorship of projects. Accountable for successful completion (timing, financial impact, etc.) for each project Project Manage projects when applicable and direct other project managers Identify project risks by working interdependencies across business units and organizations; highlight and create action plans to address risk.

Knowledge & Skill

Requirements:
Strong program management skills and organizational awareness and influence skills; excellent communicator and decision-making skills. Possesses proficient knowledge relating to all facets of various business units and functions within Bose Corporation.

Demonstrates the ability to apply a broad range of knowledge to the all facets of a large corporate wide project. Must have a good financial acumen and ability to understand the financial implications of major project decisions. Individual needs to possess good presentation skills and be very comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior manager and executive level positions.

Position requires the ability to work independently and as a team player. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree engineering, management, finance or other related field required. 10 years in a prior senior program management position with increased responsibility required.

Responsibilities Assist the Project Management Team with construction and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable technology projects in retail, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities; Provide accurate and timely project status updates and communication to Project Managers; Attend and participate in weekly construction meetings at various project site locations; Organize and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence; Assist with issuing bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery schedules; Prepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and conduct project review meetings; Collaborate with internal functions to prepare and maintain all forms of reports, presentations, documentation, and related project material; Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and regulatory safety, standards, practices, and codes; Foster positive and effective business relationships with all parties; and Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or equivalent years of work experience. 5 years related experience. Mass CSL. Additional Preferred Qualifications Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retro-fits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites. Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project. Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships. Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
