Your Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will have experience in clean room and wet lab construction with an emphasis on semiconductor like tool installation management and coordination. The candidate will collaborate with design, engineering and architectural firms. Collaborate with construction trades. Collaborate with multiple internal departments such as Global Real Estate, Utility Operations, Deioniozation and waste-water plants as well as the research population personnel. The candidate will be able to read and interpret construction designs and create value add to those designs. Create construction / tool install cost esitmates and create & maintain construction & install schedules. The candidate will have the ability to conceptualize projects and bring them to fruition.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or facilities engineering.

• Clean Room operation.

• Semiconductor tools installation.

• Equipment Engineering.

• Process Engineering.
