Your Role:

As project manager in Process & Technology you will manage high visibility, innovative and complex multi-site projects for the API, Excipient, and Cell Media Manufacturing Technology Cluster. These can cover a broad range of technology advancements, product transfers, and process related core competencies across the globe.

You will act as an interface to R&D/Process & Analytical Development, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial. You will help drive harmonization and best practice sharing manufacturing sites, and also monitor external technology advancements to make best use of innovations so they can be integrated into existing or new manufacturing processes. This is a global role, with a preference to be located in Europe.

Who You Are:

  • BS or higher degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering or related science.

  • 3 years or more Manufacturing experience or related area, preferably in a cGMP environment

  • 2 years or more of Project Management experience

  • Customer Facing or Commercial Experience is desirable

  • Excellent organizational skills with clear written and oral communication needed

Your Key Responsibilities: * You will develop and manage comprehensive program and project management practices that support Workforce Solutions delivery to mortgage clients. * Secure required resources, use formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage customer and vertical projects, budgets and risks, and changes. * Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and budget. * You will ensure programs meet desired objectives according to specifications and cost, as well as identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency and enable increased growth. * You will communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks to team members, stakeholders, and management. * Project and program manage various initiatives; effectively execute against large, multi-project programs. * Create and maintain master schedules, roadmaps, chargers, and related artifacts. * You will develop and execute internal rollout plans including internal training and communications planning Qualifications: * 5+ years experience in project/program management and/or applicable corporate functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) * Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred * Experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations which involve large cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment * Ability to negotiate and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups * Experience with business management, execution and performance measurement – and associated processes and tools * Comfortable working with diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with all levels of an organization * Ability to make decisions related to project/initiative objectives, requirements, process, and budget * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support team building and cross-functional interaction with the ability to influence others * Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and BUs/COEs by recognizing dependencies to the project/program * Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined parameters * Ability to deal with ambiguity The Perks of being an Equifax Employee?
