Project Manager Electronic Security

Job Description Job Description Due to growth, we have created a new position and are looking for a qualified project manager to join our team. You will act as liaison between sales and operations.

Excellent communication is key to this role. You will be responsible for setting and managing client expectations, developing a project plan and understanding project risks to create smooth project completion after the sale. Establishing and maintaining relationships and providing proactive communication to client stakeholders.

Simply, as our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Key Responsibilities Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Ensuring project adheres to quality standards. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Coordinating system training for clients.

Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Requirements: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Proven experience in project management. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Experience with electronic security as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager is a huge plus.

Able to complete projects in a timely manner. Experience overseeing installation projects. Budget management experience.
