Overview

Manage all operational aspects of East West Bank's Commercial Banking Business in the Eastern Region. This role reports directly into the EVP of the Region. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining management reporting for the Region and supporting the operational aspects of the business units. Position also includes supporting the EVP's administrative requirements including but not limited to managing his schedule, business travel and expense reporting. . Strong excel skills, attention to detail and project management background is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Gather financial data and compile statistical information for recommendation to the management; Synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations, summarize and discuss recommendations to the management in analysis reports

• Prepare presentations for various meetings, ensuring concise and impactful communication of key insights and data.

• Foster effective communication by liaising with different departments, gathering required information for reports, and coordinating on other project-related items.

• Prepare and review various monthly reports, conduct analysis, and initiate follow-ups with different groups within corporate banking to ensure accuracy and compliance in various reports.

• Efficiently push down information from upper management to the team, employing effective communication channels to ensure timely and comprehensive dissemination.

• Assist in monitoring operational activity for an existing portfolio of clients

• Process wire transfers and perform some basic accounts operations work

• The Region's Office Manager and Receptionist also reports into this position

• Handle administrative responsibilities such as reviewing expense reports, managing the EVP's schedule, business travel, expense reporting, coordinating schedules for the office and overseeing miscellaneous operations

• Provide other supports for projects as required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in conveying complex information.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Master's degree in business administration or economics or related with two and a half years of experience as business analyst or related or equivalent for having a Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics or related with five years of experience as business analyst or related

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $105,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
