Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing CMS migrations and modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management within an agile environment, with specific exposure to Typescript and React technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end CMS migration and modernization projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Utilize agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project objectives.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate effectively across teams, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.

• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process and agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the media or tech industry.

• Proven track record of managing CMS migration and modernization projects.

• Experience working in a media company or a related industry.

• Preferred Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

• Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies.

• Understanding of Typescript and React.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
