LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a skilled and experienced Print Operations Project Manager who specializes in managing high volume printing projects and possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing print. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of print projects, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of print projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity in print operations. Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance workflow management.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards for all digital and print materials produced, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards. Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of production to mitigate errors and minimize rework.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with print vendors and suppliers to procure materials, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships. Evaluate vendor performance and capabilities to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality expectations.

  • Budget Control: Monitor project budgets closely and track expenses against allocated funds. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spending while maintaining quality and meeting project objectives.

  • Digital Marketing Integration: Leverage your understanding of digital marketing principles and practices to align print projects with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure synergy and consistency across print and digital channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct post-project reviews and performance analysis to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform future project planning and execution.

What You'll Need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Print Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in print operations project management, preferably in a high-volume printing environment.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing print concepts, including variable data printing, personalized marketing materials, and print-on-demand.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in print production technologies, software, and tools.

  • Familiarity with print industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.

  • Experience with budget management and cost control.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Compensation:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $67,000 - $85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
