Project Manager

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in construction, specifically within the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning and design to final completion and handover. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, particularly those specific to life sciences and healthcare facilities. Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients and senior management, and prepare comprehensive project reports.

Oversee quality control and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations specific to life sciences and healthcare facilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera). PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
