We are currently seeking a professional for project management and expediting, which entails managing all components in the process of ordering goods for clients in the high-end home furnishings industry. This process includes communicating and collaborating with various external vendors, internal financial account managers, and interior design firms to ensure successful completion of projects.

Execute CPC related content, operational, and administrative projects supporting the clinical department, including provision of tracking and production of productivity metrics. 2. Assists content developers in the numbering of clinical notes, preparing PDFs for consultant review, compiling consultant feedback for consensus and data entry of finalized content into editing environments. Updates guideline detail screen dates in content authoring environments. 3. Prepares clinical content for coding, data entry of codes into editing environments, runs code reports from authoring tools, and provides QA of finalized coding deliverables. Supports the coordination and management of medical coding assignments to external contractors and coding partners. 4. Collaborates with clinical staff and ClinOps with consultant recruitment by contacting potential recruits, tracking responses, and sending reminders. Assists in securing consultants for content review and validation. 5. Provides QA and proofing of documents to ensure accuracy of final product deliverables. Tracks QA results, reports quarterly, updates LOE on CPC dashboard, determines gaps/issues and proposes process improvement to address/resolve issues. 6. Supports administrative needs of clinical initiatives, including but not limited to case testing, searching and ordering articles for research. Provides data and analytical support to clinical staff. Minimum Job Qualifications: Education/Training – * Minimum of 2-year college degree, 4-year degree preferred. * Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and computer skills * Strong attention to detail skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Experience in demonstrating the ability to work with multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines * Advanced computer skills required (see Preferred Software Qualifications below) Preferred Software Qualifications: * Microsoft Word – Intermediate User * Microsoft Excel – Intermediate User * Microsoft PowerPoint – Intermediate User * Mindjet Mind Manager – Intermediate User * Adobe Acrobat – Intermediate User * SharePoint– Intermediate User Working Conditions: * Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – Office Setting, no travel required * Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) – Using key board 5+ hours per day * Filing and Standing - 1+ hours per day Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
