Ring is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support retention marketing process in the execution of CRM and retention marketing initiatives. This individual will focus on special projects, execution of program roadmaps and will monitor team workload, ensure adhesion to process protocols and timelines and manage Jira workflows for transparency with other business units and stakeholders.

The Project Manager will work with our internal design and development teams to build and develop email and cross-channel marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage the creation of an email and/or digital marketing assets from brief to launch. This role requires experience with email systems and requirements for campaign development, including basic knowledge of triggered campaign and workflow structures.

Responsibilities

  • End to end project management for emails, surveys, landing pages and research projects

  • Manage redesign and development of triggered email templates

  • Route project components for review and approval

  • Maintain brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail

  • Communicate needed project and scope changes to management as needed

  • Responsible for project timing: ensures deliverables and deadlines are communicated to all internal and external parties

  • Manages the complexity of design versioning with the creative team and guarantees accurate, timely and approved delivery

  • Manage CRM team sprint process, other project managers and QA resources

  • Run regular meetings to review project updates and consistently documents action items and takeaways

  • Provide inputs for workload management of creative, development and QA staff

  • Drives decision-making process for risks

  • Demonstrated experience driving improvements in process for workflow management

As a CRM Production Specialist – Mobile & QA, you will be responsible for managing the production of all content in the Companion App and scheduling Call of Duty SMS messages. You will build and execute campaigns for multiple titles, as well as partner closely with the Consumer Technology team to influence mobile roadmaps. Through coordination with all resource teams internally, this role will serve as a key, central communication point for day-to-day project activity across mobile. In coordination with the rest of the One-to-One Marketing Team, you will perform analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to help inform day-to-day decision-making and shape long-term project strategies. What you'll do: * Drive development of mobile app by providing direction for new features, improved stats functionality, and increased targeting capabilities * Execute marketing content and campaigns across mobile platforms – SMS & Companion App * Influence future mobile needs and requirements through collaboration with Consumer Tech * Perform thorough testing, including proofs, copy reviews, production process, audience validation, etc. of all mobile campaigns * Partner closely with technical teams to ensure that app is functioning properly, and new developments are underway * Identify and document defects in a clear and concise manner using the issue tracking system * Assist in designing and executing A/B, Multivariate and other online tests to improve and provide a more effective user experience * Work closely with marketing teams, providing direction for via capabilities and app insights * Ensure the quality and efficacy of all app-related content Player Profile * 1-2 years of experience with quality assurance testing of marketing campaigns * Proficient technical skills: HTML experience is a plus * Experience with A/B, multivariate and other testing methodology * Experience with managing quality assurance/control process and protocols for signoff on campaign deliverables * Working with application development teams * Online marketing in some capacity (mobile, web, search, app, etc.) * BA/BS degree * Curious, data-driven individual able to bring art and science together * Passionate, hard worker with a strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven ability to partner with colleagues across business functions * Uses technology for creating, sharing, and measuring ideas * Passion for using and learning technology * Knowledge and/or passion for the gaming industry a plus Note: The CRM Production Specialist will be hired as a Volt employee working on-site at Activision as the client.
