Position Summary

Responsible for providing customer-focused leadership and project oversight. The project manager facilitates communication among team members, including study monitors, sponsor personnel, Frontage Clinical Research Center senior management, and investigative site personnel. The project manager proactively solves issues, and oversees the successful implementation and monitoring of clinical studies to facilitate their conduct in accordance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.


  • Manage Clinical Research projects. Monitor and ensure project scope and deliverables are fulfilled within timelines and budget. Manage and coordinates the activities of a project(s) with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, employees, and study completion

  • Participate in project meetings with clients and internal teams

  • Serve as a main point of contact for projects and communicate with clients regarding project timelines, updates and issues

  • Prepare client proposals

  • Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements

  • Regularly interacts with management, sponsors, and/or functional team members on matters concerning resource allocation, project milestones, regulatory issues, and other relevant issues.


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (Masters a plus), preferably in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical research and knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements is required

  • Must have previous experience managing projects and in monitoring clinical studies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, sponsor and study site personnel

  • Detail-oriented and possess good trouble-shooting skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Position Description: The EDI Lead will work closely with the EDI Track Lead, and will participate in the management, planning, reporting, and mentoring of the Onshore Team. Along with the EDI Track Lead, the EDI Lead will play an important role working with the client organization. The EDI Lead will be the liaison person between onshore and offshore, from an onshore perspective. * Participate in reengineering current platform built on disparate technologies into a NEXT GEN EDI platform, that is scalable and robust. * Ensure proper handling and timely processing of electronic data files. * Coordinate file transfers between systems, business partners and customers. * Manage, plan, and guide the daily activities of the EDI onshore department. * Communicate job expectations and ensure employees are adhering to policies and procedures. * Maintain an environment of development and recognition. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large scale platform serving EDI / Health care transactions. * Hands on experience implementing EDI systems built on Informatica, TIBCO, EDIFECS, IBM WebSphere, or Java Web Services. * Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for implementation and integration of EDI transaction maps. * Implementation experience of HIPAA ASC X12 transaction sets for healthcare (834, 837, 277, 835, 997/9, 270/1, 276/7). * HIPAA 5010. * Familiar with HIPAA security policies and procedures. * Working knowledge of Java, .NET, Tableau & SQL. * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree. The job may entail an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
