In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager - Corrugate who will be responsible for gathering all details for corrugate packaging projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
Collaborate with sales, customers, and/ or suppliers for artwork specifications and approval
Collaborate with internal stakeholders cross-functionally, including custom tooling, sourcing, and logistics teams, to foster a results-oriented work environment and ensure seamless project execution
Technical Expertise:
Ability to provide corrugate sizing recommendations
Act as the subject matter expert on corrugate packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices
Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications
Customer and Supplier Communication:
Interface with sales and customers, understanding their needs and expectations and providing thought leadership
Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure customer thrill throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with suppliers for new opportunity or quality issues
Resource and Risk Management:
Collaborate with supply chain teams to source materials and services within budget constraints
Provide cost reduction recommends via redesign
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with corrugate packaging projects
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and resolve problems
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high-quality corrugate packaging solutions
Conduct preliminary testing, verify test reports and specifications
Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, packaging, or a related field required.
Three or more years of experience in a related corrugate role.
Proven experience and skill in project management, specifically in corrugate packaging projects.
A strong knowledge of corrugate packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends and best practices; understands corrugate/bottle fitment.
Understands specifications and is able to read drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Excellent attention to detail.

Office, Warehouse, & Testing Lab at our Fairfield, CA Distribution Center
