Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee complex projects across various business areas. The right candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing the project lifecycle which includes defining scope and timelines, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring on-time delivery. The PM will also lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration and a high-quality work environment. Some main activities involve creating and monitoring project plans, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to company processes. You'll also work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to manage expectations and communication.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• This role requires strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict, collaborate effectively, and build a high-performing team.

• Ability to excel at planning, organizing, and managing projects, including prioritizing tasks, managing budgets, and meeting tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills are crucial to manage expectations and build trust with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects, using tools like Workfront, Jira, and Microsoft Project.

• In-Depth Business Knowledge which requires a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into successful projects.
