Job Summary/Basic Functions

To provide program and project management for critical facilities functions including design coordination, construction management and inspection, maintenance reserve projects, energy conservation projects, utilities, perform contract administration for service and construction contracts. Provide backup to the central store room. Responsible for records management for assigned projects..

Required Experience:

Excellent managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills;- Extensive knowledge of facility building systems,- requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.- Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)).

Additional Considerations:

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Certification in Construction/ Project Management, Virginia Procurement Certification (VCA), any trades licensure.
