The Project Manager, Continuous Improvement position will manage the timelines, details and implementation effectiveness of the continuous improvement initiatives of the California manufacturing operations. This newly created position reports directly to the Head of Operations and collaborates with every department to ensure timely value creation across a diverse range of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

The Project Manager, Continuous Improvement will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with each Project Lead and the Head of Operations to identify and document key initiatives. Assign tasks and metrics, assisting with tasks where possible. Value creation projects will interface with Operations, Compounding, Facilities, Personalized
  • Create timelines for each project, highlighting critical dates and making sure milestones are communicated and achieved
  • Work with Finance and IT to systemize value creation tracking
  • Report to Head of Operations and Divisional Executive project summaries monthly

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven, results-oriented experience in manufacturing preferably in personal care manufacturing
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasker that likes to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, execution and follow-up skills
