The Opportunity We are looking for a Project Manager

• Consumer Insights. Reporting to the Vice President, Consumer Insights & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving Consumer Insights & Analytics projects of varying size and complexity.
  
  The Project Manager will support all aspects of Consumer Insights & Analytics projects across the QVC and HSN brands. You will be the glue that helps keep projects and people together; plan organize, manage, and execute projects from beginning to end. Who We Are The Consumer Insights & Analytics team plays a critical role in guiding the QVC and HSN Commerce, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to shape merchandise, platform, and go-to-market strategies to achieve specific customer growth targets.
  
  This team helps drive the annual business planning process by providing forecasts for customer & market share risks and growth opportunities. Your Impact Partner closely with the CI&A team and business stakeholders, including all levels of leadership, to scope, plan, manage, and drive all steps in the project lifecycle. Oversee all phases of the project, coordinating information with internal and external business partners.
  
  Determine all steps to deliver each project efficiently, develop and drive timelines, manage schedule and scope multiple projects. Manage multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring adherence to project management best practices and project management methodology. Manage project expectations with the Consumer Insights & Analytics teams as well as external, cross-functional leaders and team members.
  
  Share updates on major milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of changes or obstacles. Monitor progress, providing regular overviews of projects, team workload and making recommendations to department management based on resource availability and concerns. Recommend and implement process improvements and act as a change agent to champion new processes/tools within the organization.
  
  What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. 7 years of experience in Project Management, Consumer Insights & Analytics or related fields - with experience in a matrixed environment. Workflow, project and team management experience required. Experience leading projects or initiatives involving teams or multiple stakeholders.
  
  Demonstrated experience scoping and leading complex projects in a business environment and effectively managing deadlines. Expert in Microsoft Office 365 programs, SharePoint, Airtable and other Workflow tools. Resource/ Budget planning experience required, along with experience managing budget requirements such as PO's, invoices, and meeting contract obligations for external vendor partnerships.
  
  Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred Superior interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to build productive relationships with teams, clients and external contacts Brings industry expertise and knowledge of the business to influence and consult on key business decisions and direction Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence leaders and team members at all levels of the organization effectively without direct authority, balancing between competing priorities while remaining flexible and creative.
