JOB SUMMARY: As the Project Manager, you'll coordinate and complete cemetery construction projects for Coldspring and its customers. You'll manage and deliver expected profit margins on assigned projects. Additionally, you'll serve as customers' main point of contact after an order is placed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Assisting the Drafting Manager in the coordination of construction drawings and documentation

• Identifying any potential design flaws on the drawings or in the field and working with the appropriate department/contractor to find a resolution

• Establishing, maintaining, and publishing a CPM schedule for projects using Microsoft Project when needed or required

• Coordinating project meetings as required

• Coordinating the fabrication and shipment of granite materials for Private Estates (PE) and Community Mausoleum (CM) projects

• Coordinating the production and approval of shop drawings and tickets with the drafting department

• Establishing and maintaining accurate shipping dates for all granite materials released for fabrication

• Handling all customer service functions required for PE and CM projects and customers

• Assemble the project schedule of values

• Working closely with Sales to provide project status updates and technical advice

• Coordinating the approval of customer-selected design items such as graphics details, stained glass selection, bronze door selection, etc.

• Ordering and tracking all PE and CM purchased items

• Soliciting bids for subcontracted work

• Ensuring subcontractors have the correct General Liability, Auto, and Workers Compensation Insurance

• Performing site visits based on the scope of the project

• Ensuring delivery of all close-out documents to the customer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Drafting and three years of job-related experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Drafting and three years of job-related experience

• A High School Diploma with appropriate experience in a job-related field will also be considered

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• General construction knowledge

• Experience in blueprint reading

• Skilled in the Microsoft Suit and related software applications

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Microsoft project scheduling software experience is a plus
